Lets do it 2gether 4 EDUCATION is a registered Non Profit Organisation (NPO 175-323)

currently operating solely from self generated income.

The organisation was founded to provide FREE Math, Science and Accounting tuition to grade 12 learners, however due to the challenges in Education in our schools, there has been a huge demand from parents and learners for us to extend our programme to provide tuition to learners from grades 9 to grade 12.

Our tuition programme is provided FREE to learners but is structured to benefit, parents, learners, tutors and the community as a whole.

Our tutors are University students who have student loans or are paying for their studies through part time employment. These tutors are paid by us to tutor the learners, Tutors are remunerated by paying them one third in cash and the other two thirds are paid directly to their University fees or student loan account to help them fund their own studies.

Some of our main activities include:

· FREE Math, Science, Biology and Accounting Tuition to high school, with primary focus to help increase the matric pass rate, improve learners pass percentages and help learners gain access to tertiary education.

· Provide Financial support to economically disadvantaged learners who cannot afford school fees; school shoes; stationery or uniforms, etc.

· Distribution of early learning resources to pre-school learners in informal settlements to improve literacy and numeracy

· To increase awareness of the importance of Early Childhood Development

Some of our achievements include:

· Distribution of R70 000.00 of Lego to schools in and around Lenasia

· Our CEO Sleep Out two weeks ago, was the most ever collected in any sleep out.

· January 2017, we donated over 150 white school shirts and over R15 000 in stationery to learners in Thembelihle

· Our 2016 tuition programme, Matric final results, 12 learners achieved Bachelor passes, 3 obtained diploma passes and one learner obtained a certificate pass. We also achieved 3 distinctions, 2 B symbols and 4 C symbols.

· For the year 2016 we have provided financial support to the value of R34 000, for the year 2017, thus far we have provided almost R28 000 in financial support.

· Over the last two years we have distributed over 1 000 early learning resource packs to preschool aged children in Thembelihle informal settlements.
